iMemories is designed so that you can control who may view Your Content. Sharing your home videos and/or photos electronically through iMemories is one of the key benefits we offer. Please note that if you choose to post a link to your iMemories home videos and photos on your own or others' Web sites, or if you share your photos with your friends or family members and they post your share invitation on a Web site or forward to other individuals, these home videos and photos may be made accessible to others who view the e-mail invitation or visit these Web sites. Be sure to make your wishes known to those you share Your Content with.
The goal of our marketing and promotional efforts is to inform you about our products and services, including special promotions, that may be of interest to you. We may use your contact information to inform you of offers. However, if you are contacted and do not wish to receive further marketing communications, use the means by which you were contacted to let us know. If contacted by postal mail, return the mail to the sender. If contacted by e-mail, reply to the e-mail sender or use the unsubscribe mechanism within the email. Under California law, a California resident with whom a iMemories Company has an established relationship has the right to request certain information with respect to the types of personal information the company has shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes, if any, and the identities of those third parties, within the immediately preceding calendar year, subject to certain exceptions. All requests for such information must be in sent by email to privacy@iMemories.com.
Additionally, California residents under 18 who are registered users of a website can request removal of content or information posted by the user on this Site by emailing us at privacy@iMemories.com with “California Minor Content Removal Request” on the subject line and in the body of your message. Please specify in your request the URL of the website to which your request relates and the specific information or content you posted for which you are requesting removal.

The iMemories Site is not intended for children under 18 years of age. The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act protects the online privacy of children under 13 years of age. California residents under 16 years of age may have additional rights regarding their information. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifying information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on the Website or through any of its features or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
